Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and organization of facilities, linen replacement, and consumption verification. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opening for a \*Cleaning Assistant\* at our \*Drops Caxias do Sul\* unit. If you are dedicated and proactive, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; linen replacement; consumption verification; and submission of menu orders requested by suites. \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); \*We Offer:\* \*Base salary\*: R$1685.20 initially, increasing to R$1892.00 after probation period \+ 40% hazard pay. \*Attendance bonus\*: R$130.00 \*Meal allowance\*: R$250.00 per month. \*Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy\*: \*Work schedule\*: 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Length-of-service loyalty bonus: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance-based bonus program: Bonuses awarded every six months based on performance. \*Working hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; specific shift hours to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shift schedule:\* Rotating shifts \- availability required for morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work location\*: R.
