Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise operational activities, including planning, goods receipt, process monitoring, and invoice control, ensuring agility and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Process monitoring and coordination Perform operational planning activities, carrying out registrations, calculations, controls, verifications, and guiding small-group work to streamline processes within the area of responsibility; . Report department operations to management; . Supervise goods receipt, overseeing cargo receipt with transport companies to ensure activity planning; . Monitor order picking, verification, and packaging processes, coordinating the team to meet demands and ensure work quality and team agility; .
