




Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, storing, and controlling materials in inventory; picking production orders; and managing pickups and loading, in compliance with GMP standards. Application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Mission:** Store materials in the warehouse according to designated locations; pick materials requested in production orders; monitor carrier pickups and load company-owned fleet vehicles, all in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP / Quality) standards. **Experience:** Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or storekeeper is desirable. **Education:** **Minimum:** Completed high school. **Knowledge:** Computer literacy – Basic level; Forklift operation. **Responsibilities:** * Store and ensure proper organization of finished products and raw materials per instructions; * Verify invoices and perform labeling; * Assist carriers during order pickups, following established procedures; * Load and unload trucks per standard procedure; * Pick, verify, label, and palletize orders for shipment; * Maintain inventory control, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of items in stock, their quantities, and locations; * Conduct periodic physical inventories to verify accuracy between system-recorded quantities and actual physical stock; * Supply production according to Material Requisition forms sent to the department; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the warehouse, materials, tools, and shared workspaces; * Receive and inspect raw materials and packaging, following Quality and Food Safety control procedures (GMP); * Pick and appropriately direct materials required for the production process, as requested via the system; * Maintain orderly and organized placement of pallet racks within the warehouse; * Handle pallet racks in accordance with applicable regulations, procedures, and training; * Load recyclables and production leftovers to their designated recipients; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines; * Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures; * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and trainings when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Perform duties in alignment with Maxinutri’s culture regarding Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are manufactured and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions that ensure Food Safety, in line with Maxinutri’s culture, applying Food Defense and Food Fraud standards established by the Quality Department; * Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines internal policies, guidelines, and rules.
