It offers innovative solutions for talent management and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Working in the automotive sector performing the following functions: Prospecting mechanical workshop owners via telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, and email. Qualifying leads using SPIN Selling-based questions (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need for Solution). Identifying workshops seeking to: increase revenue, improve management, attract more customers. Scheduling qualified meetings for consultants/sales representatives. Updating information in the CRM. Monitoring metrics such as: leads contacted, meetings scheduled, and conversion rate. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
