A work environment that values safety, adaptability, and teamwork. **City:** Maringá**State:** Paraná (BR\-PR)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 42722 **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in grain unloading processes, assisting at the hopper and tippler. * Clean trucks using compressed air. * Perform general cleaning across various unit areas, such as tunnels and outdoor spaces. * Support railway operations, including opening and closing of railcar hatches. * As competence develops, learn and perform additional tasks such as railcar shunting and loading, aiming for progression to positions of greater responsibility. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education. * Completed high school education is desirable. * Technical education is a plus. * Availability to work under a rotating 6x2 schedule. * Availability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift). * Focus on workplace safety, following procedures and regulations. * Ability to adapt to operational demands and rotating shift work.
