Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Assistant will support product and process quality control, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for assisting in activities related to product and process quality control, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. This is a junior-level role performed under supervision, contributing to continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in Quality-related areas is desirable. **Desirable:** Completed undergraduate degree **Minimum:** Completed high school education Basic computer skills are desirable **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor general pest control activities across the plant and water potability control. * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines. * Assist the Procurement department in supplier development and qualification. * Assist in evaluating compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FSSC standards at the factory. * Assist in verifying the correct completion of records. * Assist in archiving documents related to the Quality Assurance area. * Assist in improving requirements jointly with suppliers. * Assist in food safety-related training. * Assist in supplier approval, qualification, and evaluation processes in coordination with Management. * Perform duties in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, respecting internal policies, guidelines, and rules. * Carry out duties aligned with Maxinutri culture, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guaranteeing that products are manufactured and controlled according to quality standards. * Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental protection standards and procedures. * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and trainings when requested. * Participate in strategic meetings related to the department. * Implement actions ensuring Food Safety, aligned with Maxinutri culture, applying established Food Defense and Food Fraud standards set by the Quality department. * Provide support and participate in internal and external audits. * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Draft reports related to production processes.
