Join a team that cultivates science, purpose, and people. **Let’s work together for a Planet of Abundance.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees; * Answer, make, and transfer domestic and international calls; * Record and relay messages; * Prepare and update reception control spreadsheets; * Support administrative routines as needed; * Maintain an organized reception area; * Manage and request pantry, cleaning, and office supplies; * Organize visitor vouchers and internet access credentials; * Assist with payment processing and invoice verification; * Uphold the company’s positive image; * Contribute to an organized and collaborative work environment; * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work at the following address: *Átrium Building* \- Av.
