Check out the opportunity we are offering:** Technical Support – Service Provider **Opportunity Type:** Exclusively for professionals operating through their own companies – PJ. **Work Model:** Remote work (Home office) for a client of 3AM IT. **Duration:** Fixed term \- 30 business days (subject to extension) Business hours (Home office); Maringá/PR **Responsibilities and Duties:** Enroll and configure users on the MDM platform; Perform MDM solution provisioning on mobile devices; Validate security policies and configurations applied after device activation; Register and track activated devices in the management database; Monitor the configuration process and ensure correct application of defined policies; Prepare and submit periodic status reports on activity progress and configured devices. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Experience as a Technical Support Technician; Knowledge of microcomputing; Experience with MDM solutions; Prior knowledge of MaaS360; Experience in device rollout activities; **Minimum Education Level:** Technical Course
