Focus on sales, inventory control, and maintaining store appearance Serve customers by providing reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory support when necessary, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure store appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Provide specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
