Job Summary: Monitor vehicle risk events detected by embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems; analyze behavioral incidents; and record events. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and analysis of vehicle risk events. 2. Classification and recording of incidents according to technical criteria. 3. Preparation of operational reports and performance indicators. Monitor risk events identified by embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems; Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements defined in internal policies, client requirements, and applicable laws; Classify and record incidents according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and its clients; Perform immediate follow-up actions when applicable (contact with driver and/or supervisor); Issue formal notifications and apply disciplinary penalties in accordance with the current Disciplinary Action Policy; Forward incident documentation and penalty records to SSMA responsible personnel and involved leadership; Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and system-generated reports); Act in alignment with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines.
