We are seeking a senior developer with strong technical vision, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments characterized by multiple concurrent demands and high business impact. **HOW YOU WILL HELP US** \+ Analyze and develop software using industry best practices across various company departments; \+ Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions. \+ Build automations and intelligent solutions to improve productivity. \+ Support AI-driven initiatives (LLMs, RAG, and Agents). \+ Fix bugs, implement improvements, and evolve systems. \+ Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. \+ Collaborate closely with QA, UX/UI, BI, infrastructure, and business teams. \+ Contribute to best practices, documentation, and delivery quality. **WHAT WE SEEK** \+ Solid software development experience. \+ Full Stack expertise. \+ Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and relational databases. \+ Proficiency in SQL, Git, and programming best practices. \+ Ability to understand business rules and translate problems into solutions. \+ Knowledge or experience applying Artificial Intelligence to corporate systems. \+ Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, consuming AI APIs, and building intelligent assistants. \+ Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and integrating AI with internal data. \+ Autonomy, organization, and strong communication skills—both technical and non-technical.\+ Ability to self-manage and self-organize tasks; **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS** \+ Retail industry experience. \+ Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, message queues, scheduled jobs, or automated testing. \+ Experience supporting critical systems or modernizing legacy systems. \+ Knowledge of governance, security, and privacy considerations in corporate AI usage.
