**Job Description:**

Perform ERP system implementations with clients; Gather business requirements and needs; Configure, customize, and test the system; Conduct user training and develop supporting materials; Provide post-implementation follow-up to ensure delivery success; Support the transition between technical and customer service teams; Assist in documenting processes and driving continuous improvement.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields);
Experience with ERP systems or similar solutions;
Proficiency with technology, Excel, and support tools;
Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail;
Analytical ability and focus on problem resolution.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Prior experience in system implementation;
Basic database knowledge (simple SQL queries);
Experience delivering user training;
Willingness to travel or provide on-site support.
