




Job Summary: The Operational Support Assistant will provide support to operations and support departments, performing activities related to customer service, system configuration, registration management, and issuance of fiscal documents. Today, we have over 2\.300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá\-PR, and we operate over 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** For questions about applying to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **Operational Support Assistant** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Handle operational requests (headquarters and branches) via communication channels, registering and prioritizing demands to ensure prompt and aligned service. * Create, configure, modify, and maintain operational structures in the system—including freight rate tables, routes with checkpoints, geofences (polygons), and load scheduling—applying parameters defined by operations to ensure accurate calculations and standardized routines. * Manage system registrations for vehicles, drivers, owners, customers, participants, and negotiating groups, validating data and updates to maintain a consistent and reliable information database. * Issue, supplement, and replace fiscal documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, freight letters), as well as cancel documents and payments when necessary, following fiscal regulations and internal procedures to ensure legal compliance and prevent inconsistencies. * Link payments via OST to corresponding revenue documents, verifying data and deadlines to ensure integrity in financial control. * Conduct system tests and validations before implementing operational changes to prevent failures and disruptions. * Monitor automated integrations of CT\-e’s and tax payment slips, verifying balances and releases to ensure operational continuity and freight release. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Excel proficiency. * Pursuing a degree in Logistics or related fields. * Professional experience in the transportation sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
