Opportunity for direct impact on cost reduction and KPIs **Scope of Responsibilities:** * Direct Management: Leadership of a team comprising approximately 40 employees (Coordinators, Team Leaders, Drivers, Assistants, and Analysts). * Shipping and Inventory: Supervision of order picking, palletizing, and loading; management of cyclic inventories, inventory accuracy, and expiration date control (write\-off). * Billing: Management of order reservations, order analysis, invoice issuance, as well as balance and commission reports. * Logistics and Fleet: Route planning management, maintenance of owned fleet, and reverse logistics processes (returns and incineration). * Infrastructure: Facility upkeep and preventive/corrective maintenance of the Distribution Center. * Strategy: Direct reporting to the Operations Director, focusing on performance indicator (KPI) analysis and cost reduction. **Candidate Requirements:** * Extensive experience in logistics management within the industrial sector (preferably pharmaceuticals, food, or supplements). * "Hands-on" profile: Ability to operate at an operational level while simultaneously designing strategic processes. * Excel expertise: Essential for management. * Resilient leadership: Ability to engage teams and manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
