Warehouse Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Analyzes procurement needs, plans warehousing and product distribution, controls inventory, and optimizes logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of logistics procedures Analyze material procurement needs and develop strategies for product warehousing and distribution. Plan appropriate product storage and merchandise placement to preserve integrity and safety, facilitate identification, location, and handling. Control incoming and outgoing materials received and/or withdrawn from inventory; Conduct cyclic/rotating inventories; monitor transactions related to receipts, shipments, adjustments, and transfers of goods; reconcile return and disposal flows to identify inventory discrepancies; Perform receipt, movement, and storage of materials. Receive and verify incoming invoices for purchased materials, checking quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging; Manage shipping and receiving, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitor loading and unloading operations; interpret invoices and verify receipt against purchase orders; Organize material storage while preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Deliver materials to requesters and record deliveries or withdrawals from inventory via system; Submit purchase requests for spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; process returns of materials from requisitions to the warehouse; Execute material transfers between bases under warehouse responsibility; support sales processes for Salvados, Truck Parts, and scrap sales; propose improvements to company procedures.
