Job Summary: The Kitchen Assistant will prepare ingredients, assist in dish preparation, maintain an organized workspace, and ensure food hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in food preparation and organization 2. Responsibility for kitchen hygiene and maintenance 3. Execution of simple cooking tasks * Preparation of ingredients, such as cutting, peeling, and washing food. * Working in the pantry area to prepare breakfast, afternoon snacks, and others. * Assisting in dish preparation according to the chef's instructions. * Cleaning and organizing the workspace. * Washing kitchen utensils and equipment. * Maintaining food and supply inventory. * Assisting in plating dishes. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Supporting pantry organization and ingredient storage. * Performing simple cooking tasks, such as boiling, baking, grilling, or frying food. * Providing general kitchen support as needed.
