The professional will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, interacting with internal teams and clients, applying project management best practices, and contributing to continuous improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and manage low- and medium-complexity projects, defining schedules, activities, and deliverables; * Monitor the entire project lifecycle, ensuring standardization and quality of deliverables; * Control project scope, timelines, costs, and documentation, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and established standards; * Conduct ongoing follow\-ups with internal teams and clients, managing risks and proposing mitigation actions; * Apply project management processes (PMBOK) and identify opportunities for operational improvement; * Use project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, AI) at an advanced level; * Monitor and analyze project performance indicators (activity, timeline, cost); * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring efficient time utilization; **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional with: * Prior experience in managing low- and medium-complexity projects; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK); * Strong assertive communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and clients; * Analytical ability and systemic vision for project monitoring; * Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint); * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Supervised autonomy and capacity for day-to-day decision-making. **Differentiators** * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Skills in indicator management and risk analysis; * Experience suggesting and implementing process improvements. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract * On-site work model * Headquarters in Maringá\| PR **Benefits****:** ------------------- Training Incentive Knowledge pursuit is part of our daily routine!
