Guides strategic decisions with financial data **FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ANALYST** **Job Description** The Financial Controller Analyst is responsible for supervising, analyzing, managing, and administering the company's accounting and financial areas. Additionally, this professional is responsible for preparing and managing the company's budget and monitoring economic performance, thereby supporting and guiding the executive management in making strategic decisions based on data. **Job Responsibilities** Supervise work performed by other employees in the company's accounting and finance department; Collect and analyze financial data related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and income statements; Manage the company's cash flow; Monitor the execution of the company's budget; Analyze and guide investment strategies and loan acquisition decisions; Analyze and approve accounting documents with external accounting firms; Track monthly results and implement necessary corrections; Develop and implement work plans to improve operational efficiency; Compliance and auditing: Ensure all operations comply with procedures and regulations; Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the company's finance department. **Required Qualifications and Skills** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Proven experience in finance and controller roles; Experience in team management; Strong organizational skills; Planning and control capabilities; Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Experience with ERP, BI, and bankline tools.
