**Job Profile – Snack Bar Assistant** **Job Responsibilities:** Serve customers at the counter in a courteous and efficient manner. Present the store, menu, and clarify questions about products. Prepare food items (cookies, beverages, desserts, and side dishes). Operate the cash register (opening, closing, and handling money). Restock supplies and organize inventory. Process orders through iFood. Organize and clean the store, counter, utensils, infrastructure, and equipment. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices. Keep the environment clean and organized (counter, tables, equipment). Carry out daily operational routines of the store. Participate in provided training sessions. **Mandatory Requirements:** High school diploma completed. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Good verbal communication and polite demeanor. Efficiency, attentiveness, and commitment. Organization and attention to detail (especially in hygiene and food preparation). Comfort with technology. Basic computer knowledge. **Desirable (Preferred Qualifications):** Experience in snack bar kitchens, cafés, or customer service. Courses in food handling or hygiene practices.
