Opportunity for professionals with or without disabilities (PCD) **About the position:** Our FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens) team is responsible for receiving, storing, displaying, managing inventory, and serving customers. In the FLV department, freshness takes priority and must be the top concern to keep everything attractive and appealing. ***We seek professionals who work with passion and dedication, and who—through strong teamwork—can deliver our best products to customers.*** Please note that ***all our job openings are*** open to people with disabilities (***PCD***). **Main responsibilities:** * Daily guidance, supervision, and/or execution of product distribution and arrangement in the FLV section; * Monitor shelf displays for stock shortages, insufficient quantities, or improper presentation, and promptly notify the team for correction or restocking; * Ensure correct label placement specifying product identification and pricing, requesting corrections when necessary; * Oversee preparation and vacuum packaging of products for sale; * Guide and assist the team in replenishing and rotating products in the sales area; * Monitor product losses (“breakages”) due to defects, unsuitability for consumption, poor appearance, etc.; * Manage inventory to minimize losses, including damaged or compromised-quality items; * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment used in the department; * Serve customers according to the company’s required service standards; * Comply with all operational procedures specific to the role; * Ensure attendance and punctuality; * Demonstrate leadership capability and teamwork spirit; * Show initiative in performing assigned tasks. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in FLV or similar roles; * Knowledge of inventory control and product display; * Leadership and teamwork skills; * Focus on product quality and freshness; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Organizational and proactive attitude; * Attendance and punctuality. **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Knowledge of preventive maintenance for departmental equipment; * Training in storage and preservation techniques for fruits, vegetables, and greens; * Course or training in customer service; * Experience in food retail environments.
