We are looking for a **Flexo Machine Operator** to operate machines, ensuring the quality of printed products and achieving daily production targets. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate flexo machines, performing operational adjustments, product changeovers, and machine setup; * Conduct shift handover, sharing information about incidents, pending tasks, and production process performance; * Carry out printing of production orders, ensuring achievement of daily targets; * Review and interpret production folder documents (production order, technical sheet, clichés, anilox rolls, among others); * Monitor the printing process, taking retention samples and comparing them with the color standard approved by the customer; * Adjust printing parameters to prevent color variations and non-conformities; * Record production output and losses in the shop-floor system, ensuring traceability and data accuracy; * Keep the machine and workplace clean and organized; * Contribute to process and product improvements through cell meetings and daily identification of opportunities. ### **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience operating machines; * Knowledge of machine adjustment and parameter control; * Attention to quality, organization, and teamwork; * Availability to work in shifts; * Completed high school education; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
