Act as an intermediary between port terminals, drivers, customs brokers, and clients. Manage scheduling of loading and unloading. Monitor time windows, deadlines, demurrage fees, and return of empty containers. Verify and organize operational documents. Update operational control systems and spreadsheets. Provide support to the traffic team and assist in risk management. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Logistics Operator, or General Services Assistant may indicate familiarity with some of the activities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
