In this role, you are expected to: * Analyze and respond to third-party interferences, ombudsman inquiries, and notifications; * Provide support and assistance in Work Management activities; * Conduct follow-ups on site visits and audits; * Analyze SSC and RDO Distribution event logs; * Analyze preventive maintenance results; * Plan and schedule maintenance and switching work orders (PIE and ISR); * Prepare reports; Professional Challenge: * Be a protagonist and develop new job opportunities. * Demonstrate empathy and collaborate effectively in teams.
