Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Protheus ERP is a plus. * Conduct remote customer service and prospecting via telephone, email, social media, digital platforms, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and closing sales. * Process customer orders through an e-commerce platform. * Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact through deal closure. * Use and update the CRM system, logging customer interactions and tracking sales opportunities. * Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, market intelligence, and marketing teams. * Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities. * Stay updated on company products, as well as market trends, competitors, and customer profiles. * Deliver clear and compelling presentations of the company, its products, and services—tailored to customer needs and interests. * Execute effective follow-ups to ensure continuous progress of sales opportunities. 2512060202191346053
