Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Description: **Job Responsibilities:** Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and implement solutions to reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve quality. Conduct studies and tests to validate process changes and innovations. Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. Generate and monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Support automation and digitalization projects for processes. Act as a facilitator in applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM. Train operational teams on implementing improvements and new processes. Ensure that time and method standards for production processes are followed in new projects. Focus on process improvements and excellence. Requirements: Higher Education: Industrial Engineering. Experience in manufacturing industries is a significant advantage. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. Remarks on Compensation: Not specified
