We are seeking a Finance Controller to strengthen our strategic management, ensuring rigorous control over costs, budgets, and results within a dynamic environment of construction sites and projects. Key Responsibilities Financial and Budgetary Management Lead the annual budgeting process (Budget) and periodic revisions (Forecast). Monitor monthly actual vs. budget performance, analyzing variances and projections. Consolidate financial statements accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. Manage cash flow for group companies, reporting weekly to the CFO. Monitor monthly revenue from operations, presenting insights via BI tools. Management Analysis and Reporting Prepare economic-financial performance reports and strategic KPIs for senior leadership. Develop dashboards tracking costs, margins, and profitability by business unit, project, or construction site. Conduct economic feasibility studies, simulations, and sensitivity analyses. Internal Controls and Compliance Implement, review, and monitor internal controls, financial workflows, and policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in engineering/construction (3+ years). Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and financial ERP systems. Strong analytical capability, strategic mindset, and clear communication skills for stakeholders. Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and risk management practices.
