





**Job Description:** \- Draft, review, and file initial pleadings, responses, appeals, and other procedural documents; \- Monitor procedural deadlines and case developments in judicial systems; \- Attend conciliation, evidentiary, and trial hearings, representing clients in court; \- Deliver oral arguments and communicate with judges via official orders, when necessary; \- Analyze documents, evidence, and case law to support legal strategies; \- Prepare legal opinions and reports on case progress and outcomes; \- Provide preventive legal consulting to clients, advising on risks and appropriate measures; \- Participate in judicial and extrajudicial negotiations and settlements; \- Maintain client communication for case updates and strategy definition; \- Manage deadlines and coordinate workflow with the legal and administrative teams. **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree and active OAB registration; \- Experience in civil law; \- Familiarity with pleadings, appeals, procedural deadlines, hearings, oral arguments, official orders, and legal opinion drafting. **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** \- 13th-month salary; \- Paid leave; \- Monthly bonuses. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
