**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Daily receipt of Drawings and Production Orders listing the quantity and specifications of metal tubes to be cut and beveled, in order to make them available for inventory and shipping. Programs the cutting machine (CNC / Sinico and BLM) by creating computerized instructions via the equipment’s electronic control panel, specifying the sequence and operational parameters (length, diameter, and thickness) for tube cutting and finishing. Prepares the machine by replacing, assembling, and adjusting cutting and finishing tools (beveling, brushing, and washing) according to the dimensions specified in the Production Orders. Monitors equipment startup for a test run, verifies dimensions, performs necessary adjustments, and authorizes process commencement. Remains attentive during operations, ensuring adherence to indicators established in the Production Orders and intervening in the process when programming corrections are required. Maintains workplace order and cleanliness, including equipment and tools; requests maintenance services as needed; observes safety procedures during operations; and ensures proper use of PPE.
