**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Analyze and control scrap parts generated by process failures to evaluate results and take action to eliminate identified defects; guide and monitor programmers, setup technicians, and operators regarding processes defined in operation sheets; monitor the development of new parts and improvements to already-manufactured parts; organize and maintain process documentation—such as drawings, operation sheets, and drawing copy delivery control records—readily available; control engineering documents and support processes; collaborate with tooling suppliers to conduct performance testing of tools and fixtures, and study new tools and their benefits; design operation sheets—including drawings and methods—that meet both the production process requirements and final customer specifications; control, organize, and monitor wear of clamping fixtures and their associated documentation and identification. **REQUIREMENTS:** Relevant work experience; knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, PPAP, and FMEA; familiarity with operation sheets and control sheets; bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering; knowledge of CNC machine programming; technical vocational training in a relevant field. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 7:00 AM to 4:53 PM OR 10:13 PM to 7:00 AM. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance; on-site meals; attendance bonus; medical and dental assistance.
