




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Will assist operators, assemblers, and setters in utilizing production equipment, as well as in resolving process-related issues; ensure organization and maintenance of documentation and CNC programs; verify and register cycle times in the system to ensure their application on machines. Develop manufacturing processes according to production routing sheets; define and provide production resources; create CNC machine programs or assembly equipment recipes; release documentation and fixture design drawings; request fixture fabrication; monitor fixture manufacturing; oversee fixture usage in the factory and their validation; define appropriate tooling for part machining and assembly of components; contribute to process analysis and improvement; develop suppliers for fixture, tooling, and equipment manufacturing; contribute to departmental organization and cleanliness; perform other duties compatible with the requirements and specifications of the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, CNC machine programming or assembly equipment recipe development, machining, and cutting tools. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance; on-site cafeteria; health and dental insurance; attendance bonus; private pension plan; education assistance.
