




**We are recruiting for a company located in the Passo d'Areia neighborhood of Porto Alegre.** **Responsibilities:** customer service (via phone, chat, or email) to conduct sales; provide support; prepare estimates; prepare and send quotations; prospect new opportunities; support suppliers; handle after-sales activities; generate sales reports. Education: Completed High School (mandatory). **Requirements:** - Prior experience in telephone sales. - Knowledge of CRM systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
