Detailed Job Description** * Role Objective: We are seeking someone passionate about supporting and ensuring the satisfaction of our students, actively contributing to their success journey and retention. * Responsibilities and Tasks (day-to-day activities): Answer questions regarding access, deadlines, and courses. Maintain and update the CRM database. Monitor the student journey. Send emails. Respond to official Eixo channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube). Forward new contacts to the respective departments. Send service proposals to companies and conduct *follow-ups*. Identify support-related pending issues on the course platform/email and forward them to the responsible teams. Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: BRL 1,500.00 – BRL 1,650.00 per month
