With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformational journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitoring systems via the North Coast Control Center; * Monitoring and operating water distribution and sewage collection and conveyance systems, verifying equipment and facility functionality; * Recording operational data and anomalies, reporting them to maintenance teams or supervisors; * Operating equipment and technologies required to ensure proper system functionality; * Diagnosing performance of water supply and sanitary sewage systems; * Managing inputs and chemical products used at operational units; * Inspecting and investigating causes of water outages, low or high pressure; * Supporting maintenance activities and collaborating with technical teams; * Issuing electromechanical maintenance work orders through CAU; * Submitting service requests to electricity utility providers and tracking them to resolution; * Submitting service requests via ServiceNow upon request; * Monitoring distribution levels and pressure, publishing reports under the responsibility of the Control Center; * Serving as the liaison between Operations and other departments (e.g., Production, Treatment, Electromechanics); * Complying with safety, environmental, and operational procedures; * Ensuring equipment and workplace conservation and cleanliness; * Participating in training programs for technical updating and continuous improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical high school diploma in Hydraulics, Data Processing, Electronics, Construction, or related fields; * Registration with the relevant professional regulatory council; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, BI, Copilot, etc.). **Additional benefits** * Health insurance * Private pension plan * Meal voucher (VR) and food voucher (VA) * Transportation voucher * Christmas basket * Additional vacation bonus * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave * Extended paternity leave * Daycare assistance for mothers and fathers * Wellhub (Gympass) partnership * Profit-sharing program (PPR) The new Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
