**Job Mission:** Assist the team in prospecting clients, developing proposals, updating the CRM, registering suppliers, and managing documentation, aiming to gain experience in sales, proposal operations, and customer relationship management. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing commercial proposals together with the technical team; * Conduct routine follow-ups with customers; * Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the company; * Help improve internal processes; * Monitor performance reports from the Commercial Management; * Support commercial activities remotely in coordination with the department leader; * Manage customer relationships; * Monitor the sales pipeline; * Organize internal and external schedules; * Assist in sending and organizing documents; * Maintain and update the database; * Register new customers; * Help create control spreadsheets; * Support the department in achieving its goals; * Manage registrations and documentation. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Engineering** (e.g., hydraulic, environmental, civil, etc.); * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity. Prior experience in the commercial sector is a **plus**.
