**NOC ANALYST N1** **Job Description:** We are seeking an NOC Analyst N1 to work for a telecommunications company located in Cachoeirinha/RS. This is a CLT position with a salary of R$ 2,587.92 + benefits. The work schedule follows a 6×1 rotation, with hours to be agreed upon. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Your mission will be to monitor the health of the telecommunications infrastructure, identify failures, and ensure service stability. Responsibilities include: Active monitoring of links, servers, and network equipment using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, The Dude, Grafana); Identification and initial handling of network incidents (Level 1); Opening and tracking technical support tickets with link providers and telecom operators; Alerting and supporting field technical teams for backbone repairs; Issuing notifications regarding maintenance or widespread outages. **Requirements:** Knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, Ping, Traceroute); Availability to work on a 6×1 schedule.
