Responsibilities: Active monitoring of links, servers, and network equipment using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, The Dude, Grafana); Identification and initial handling of network incidents (Level 1); Opening and tracking technical support tickets with link providers and telecom operators; Coordinating and supporting field technical teams for backbone repairs; Issuing notifications regarding maintenance activities or widespread outages. **Requirements:** Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Ping, Traceroute); Availability to work on a 6×1 shift schedule.
