





Job Description: Mandatory: * Completed high school education; * Customer service involving authorization of medical exams and procedures; * Prior experience in the following areas: Health plan operator, Accredited network (hospitals, clinics, laboratories); * Knowledge of ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) legislation. Desirable: * Completed technical education and/or ongoing higher education; * Familiarity with TOTVS, Sys-On or similar systems. * Provide customer, associate, and provider support via existing communication channels, excluding in-person attendance, while adhering to applicable regulations to ensure compliance with deadlines established by the ANS and to guarantee customer and associate satisfaction; * Support requests from associates regarding service provision and/or authorizations at RAUF providers; in case of difficulties, seek analyst assistance; * Record all data and activities related to requests, attaching mandatory documentation into the Management System; * Execute all processes required for beneficiaries’ access to services under the Inter-State Exchange Program within the RAUF network; * Authorize services within the RAUF network for Unimed Federação beneficiaries, in accordance with contractual coverage, medical audit opinions, and current regulations and legislation; in case of difficulties, seek analyst assistance; * Register hospitalized customers in Sys-On when necessary; * Send lists of hospitalized customers to associates whenever required; * Assist in maintaining departmental performance indicators and action plans; * Assist in mapping area processes and updating related documentation; * Record Service Level (non-conformities and complaints); * Generate and issue Attendance Protocols to beneficiaries; 251129020218673426
