System maintenance and improvement **TECH LEAD DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Program following industry-standard best practices, applying clean and well-organized coding techniques. Code and test assigned projects and tasks. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to understand system, application, and website requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Adhere to business rules, security policies, database standards, and web service integration practices. Perform maintenance on existing systems. Propose and implement improvements to those systems. **Requirements:** Requirements: Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, Python, and .Net. Familiarity with Laravel, Drupal, and WordPress.
