**Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily management of Altero Casa’s e-commerce (product registration and updates, availability, pricing, and descriptions). * Monitor orders, track payments, and ensure the complete sales process from order to delivery. * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, email, and chat, offering support and answering questions about products and orders. * Track sales metrics and website performance, contributing suggestions for improvement. * Support the creation and maintenance of website pages, collections, and campaigns. * Work on SEO optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, and best practices). * Contribute ideas and actions to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions. * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on online strategies.
