Job Description: HARD SKILLS * Advanced knowledge of key media KPIs: for overall performance evaluation, understanding the interplay among metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making. * Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook: for creating, optimizing, and evaluating all types of campaigns, with mastery of industry best practices. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace for report and presentation development. * Intermediate project management skills to lead client accounts and implement necessary actions to achieve all goals. All Google Ads certifications required. SOFT SKILLS * Focus, organization, and adherence to deadlines. * Numerical aptitude, teamwork, flexibility, autonomy, and proactivity. * Strong client relationship skills and adaptability, as our Media team interacts directly with clients. * Daily monitoring of account budgets and targets via ad platform tools and spreadsheets, ensuring control and insight to support project-related decisions; * Creation and optimization of performance and/or branding media campaigns to deliver results defined by the client; * Daily oversight of the client’s operational workflow and regular client contact via email and chat to maintain engagement and gather project-relevant information; * Development of media plans based on client briefings or identification of new investment opportunities; * Preparation of campaign performance reports (daily, biweekly, and/or weekly), based on analysis of results from media platforms; * Weekly account review and monitoring via platform analytics to ensure implementation of best practices and accurate communication; * Participation in required training sessions to support professional development and maintain up-to-date Google Ads (Fundamentals, Display, Search, Shopping, Video, Mobile, and Analytics) and Bing certifications. 2512090203141854429
