Our group was established to provide services including waste diagnostics, transportation, recycling, proper waste disposal, material recovery, and rental of machinery and equipment. Additionally, we conduct strategic initiatives to develop environmental innovations, pursuing continuous improvement for our clients and partners. Ciclo is the result of one such initiative: a startup we created to handle post-consumer product recycling and reverse logistics, establishing a direct connection with end consumers. **Responsibilities:** * Onboarding processes and employee benefits administration. * Vacation scheduling and employment termination procedures. * Payroll verification and closing. * Tax and tax form verification. * Assistance with ancillary corporate obligations: CAGED, E-Social, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, etc., along with other related departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR/payroll routines (minimum 1–2 years). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM.
