#### **About the role:** We are seeking a Test Analyst III to strategically ensure the quality of critical systems, leading the definition of test strategy, automation evolution, and continuous improvement of QA processes. This professional will play an essential role in the technical validation of applications, risk analysis, integration testing, and support for development teams, while also contributing best practices, mentoring junior professionals, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines—ensuring high-quality, reliable, and high-performing deliveries. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Define, guide, and monitor test strategy for critical projects and products. * Conduct detailed requirements analyses to anticipate risks, impacts, and dependencies. * Execute and validate complex tests: functional, regression, integration, performance, and security (where applicable). * Develop, structure, and evolve automation frameworks. * Perform testing on REST APIs, ensuring reliability in system integrations. * Conduct advanced database analyses for technical validations. * Ensure best practices in Jira usage and standardization of acceptance criteria and bug reporting. * Support developers and analysts in identifying root causes of issues. * Be responsible for quality in React and Laravel applications, overseeing standards and requirements. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing technical insights and continuous improvements. * Mentor Mid-level and Junior QAs, disseminating best practices and supporting their development. * Suggest and lead QA process, automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvement initiatives. #### **Mandatory requirements:** Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in functional and automated testing practices. * Strong experience with Jira, defect management, and quality metrics. * Proficiency in API testing (Postman, Insomnia, API automation). * Solid knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent. * Advanced understanding of React and Laravel applications for technical validation and analysis. * Skill in advanced SQL queries. * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.). * Knowledge of performance, security, and non-functional testing is a significant advantage.
