We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #JoinTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and oversee people management plans, applying methods, tools, and resources that support the performance and development of Telemont’s business unit; Assist in implementing strategies, guidelines, and corporate policies, adapting and monitoring them at the Regional level; Promote integration of people management concepts, practices, and policies through interaction with Regional departments, initiatives, and plans; Contribute effective solutions in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and corporate education, by conducting process diagnostics, utilizing tools, and analyzing relevant information and scenarios; Ensure HR processes align with business and Regional needs through monitoring and analysis of information and scenarios; Standardize HR practices by analyzing and proposing corporate policies meeting the needs of all Regional departments; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields. Desirable: six months of experience in this role. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques.
