Join Cogna. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide clear and objective customer service, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of requests. * Manage and organize administrative documents, maintaining order and ease of access. * Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Perform billing-related activities, monitoring payments and outstanding items. * Collaborate within a team to achieve organizational goals. * Demonstrate proactivity in identifying and solving administrative problems. * Maintain efficient and organized communication across different company departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in administration (desirable). * Knowledge of administrative process management (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
