Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **What We Seek:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Excellent strategic negotiation skills, contract management and compliance expertise, planning and control capabilities, systemic vision, analytical ability, and clear communication. * Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility. * Senior-level experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracting, and managing relationships with strategic suppliers. **Desirable:** * Experience in institutional organizations, professional associations, foundations, or highly regulated environments demanding rigorous legal and ethical standards. * Knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls. * Experience in structuring or improving procurement processes. **Responsibilities:** * Negotiate strategic contracts with critical suppliers. * Support the drafting, analysis, and management of contracts in coordination with the Legal Department. * Plan and execute the institution's procurement strategy. * Conduct direct and indirect procurement and contracting processes. * Design and monitor supplier performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement and strengthen procurement policies, standards, and controls. * Directly support senior management in decision-making. * Mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks related to the supply chain.
