Import Assistant
The company is seeking an Import Assistant in Porto Alegre.
RHViver is a human resources and organizational development specialist company. It provides innovative solutions for people management and workplace environment improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
Submit documentation for foreign exchange settlement. Analyze the Import Declaration (DI) and prepare the system for issuing the Import Invoice (NF). Analyze cash flows and reconcile accounts with customs brokers. Analyze Freight Bills (CTEs), daily allowances, local fees, and demurrage for payment. Monitor trucks and containers en route. Support opening and tracking processes with customs brokers. Track cargo arrival deadlines, customs clearance, and cargo release.
Previous experience as an International Trade Analyst, Import Coordinator, International Logistics Specialist, or Logistics Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Salary: Salary range will be disclosed during the interview.

Salary range: BRL 2,500.00 to BRL 3,000.00.

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
