Job Summary: This professional will assist in monitoring the execution of activities related to a residential subdivision construction project, ensuring compliance with technical standards and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in verifying earthwork and infrastructure services. 2. Ensure services are executed in accordance with standards and project specifications. 3. Prepare Daily Construction Logs and progress reports. We are seeking a **Technical Engineering Assistant** for a project in **Novo Hamburgo/RS**. The professional will monitor the execution of activities related to the construction of a residential subdivision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in verifying earthwork, infrastructure services (water supply network, stormwater drainage, and sewage network), pavement works, and other tasks related to the scope of the project. * Ensure full compliance with current technical standards during service execution, following project drawings and material specifications. * Ensure adherence to the physical\-financial schedule. * Prepare detailed Daily Construction Logs and reports to monitor progress across work fronts. * Collect field data and records for future preparation of the *as-built* project in accordance with Municipal regulations. * Perform material quantity takeoffs; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently enrolled (from the 5th semester onward). * Prior experience in residential subdivision or road infrastructure projects is desirable. * Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with contractors, and organizational capability to manage multiple technical documents. **Additional Information** * Annual PPR (Profit-Sharing Plan). * Unimed health insurance. * Dental insurance. * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation allowance as per CLT regulations. * Retail Workers’ Day Off.
