Description

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting operational routines across all departments of the branch, aiming for excellence in customer service and achievement of targets, ensuring customer satisfaction. Contribution to product quality and inventory control Responsible for supporting operational routines across all departments of the assigned branch, aiming for excellence in customer service, as well as assisting store departments in achieving goals pre\- established by the Group. Contributing to store customers’ satisfaction through excellent service and assistance with their needs; * Performing defined routines, such as: restocking the full product mix, pricing, cleaning and organizing departments and the warehouse, as well as assisting with flyer verification, merchandise receipt, product returns, and disposal of damaged items, among others; * Contributing to product quality and reduction of damages and discrepancies through appropriate storage in the warehouse and on shelves, and by checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation principle; * Assisting with store inventory and assortment control by monitoring products on shelves and restocking them when necessary, as well as tracking inventory via RUB; * Assisting with promoter visit control at the company, registering their entry and exit via RUB, and guiding them regarding merchandise restocking; * Supporting store logistics by unloading and storing received merchandise; * Assisting with front-counter routines, such as: operating the cash register, packing merchandise, organizing the department, and customer service, among others.
