RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage planning, route optimization, goods verification, and store support processes; \- Monitor, generate, and develop departmental performance indicators; \- Prospect and maintain relationships with transportation carriers; \- Manage the department’s budget; \- Manage digital operational platforms; \- Ensure and continuously improve routine processes and activities performed by team members; \- Identify and implement process improvements; \- Train and develop team members to perform routine tasks effectively; \- Receive, store, pick, and ship inventory items; \- Perform cargo loading and unloading verification; \- Transfer goods between branches; \- Logistics operations; \- Track performance targets; \- Oversee departmental operations and lead the team. QUALIFICATIONS: \- Experience in transportation; \- Advanced Excel skills; \- Alignment with company culture and values; \- Knowledge of construction materials, appliances, electronics, furniture, and/or financial services sectors; \- Experience in leadership and team management; \- Experience in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory; \- Experience in loss prevention. You stand out if you have: \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Accounting / Business Management / Financial Management / Business Processes / Logistics; \- SAP system (Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der Datenverarbeitung).
