Opportunity for continuous development and training We are seeking a **Night Shift Monitoring Analyst** to work in Network Monitoring, with a focus on Internet Service Provider (ISP) environments. The professional will be responsible for continuously monitoring network assets, handling alarms, and providing initial support for low-to-medium complexity technical network requests, ensuring the stability and availability of networks monitored by IPV7, operating within the NIIS (NOC/CGR). Main Responsibilities * Monitor network assets and track alarms generated by monitoring tools. * Resolve low-to-medium complexity logical network requests. * Perform initial analysis and basic troubleshooting in network environments. * Escalate to client technical teams upon alarm or ticket generation. * Contact carriers and third-party circuit providers when necessary. * Provide customer support via phone, multichannel, and other support platforms. * Document incidents, procedures, and network diagrams. * Support analytical teams on low-to-medium complexity technical requests. * Participate in technical, operational, and continuous development training. Technical Requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of routers, switches, OLTs, servers, and other network equipment. * Fundamental understanding of the IP protocol. * Familiarity with SNMP for asset monitoring. * Basic knowledge of Telnet and SSH protocols. * Experience conducting connectivity tests (ping, traceroute). * Understanding of the technical infrastructure and operation of Internet Service Provider (ISP) networks. Education and Certifications * Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Networking or specialization in Telecommunications/Networking. Desirable Qualifications * Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, JNCIA, or MTCRE. * Knowledge of Linux. * Familiarity with automation and programming languages.
